Order & Turnaround

Blueprints & Large Format: We do our best to complete prints within 30 minutes during normal business hours, but this is not guaranteed. Equipment or staffing issues can occasionally result in longer wait times — we'll always do our best to get you taken care of as quickly as possible. Orders placed after hours will be completed the following business day.

Custom Apparel: Our standard turnaround goal is 5–7 business days, but this isn't guaranteed. Shipping delays, damaged goods that require reordering, and other supply issues can extend the timeline. Excessively large orders may require additional days to complete. Hat patches can take up to 3 weeks.

Payment

Payment is required at time of pickup. Depending on the situation, payment may also be required at time of order, at the shop's discretion.

We accept cash, check, and credit cards.

Rush Orders

Rush orders are evaluated on a case-by-case basis, based on our ability to complete them. We are not responsible for shipping delays or damaged goods that may require reordering.

Cancellations & Changes

Once prints are completed, no cancellations are allowed.
Cancelling an apparel order may result in restocking fees, return shipping fees, and charges for any print work already completed — including screens, ink usage, and DTF prints not yet applied to apparel.
No refunds on customized apparel items, except in cases of damaged goods or printing errors.
Customized apparel must be inspected within 3 business days of receiving it to verify counts, errors, or damage. Please notify us within 3 business days, preferably in writing.
Once printing has begun on an item, no changes can be made — additional costs will apply to cover the original goods produced.

Design & Content Policy

Yes — we'll design almost anything! With the exception of vulgar, inappropriate images/words/concepts, and copyrighted material. We will print copyrighted or trademarked material if you provide written approval from the appropriate organization. We are a Christian based company and will adhere to those beliefs. We have the right to refuse any design without question.

File Specifications (Blueprints)

PDF files only, for the most accurate to-scale print. We print Arch B through Arch E sizes, in black ink or full color.
