Design & Content
We reserve the right to decline any design or message that's vulgar, inappropriate, or conflicts with our values as a Christian, family-owned business — applied the same way for every customer, regardless of background. We don't deny service to anyone based on race, color, creed, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, or any other characteristic protected under Colorado law.
Your Artwork
You're responsible for having the rights to any images, logos, or text you upload, and for proofreading your artwork carefully — we print exactly what you approve, so we can't offer refunds or reprints for errors that were in the approved file. We won't print copyrighted or trademarked material without your written proof of permission.
Production Time
Our standard turnaround goal for custom apparel is 5–7 business days from art approval, though this isn't guaranteed — supply issues, large orders, or backordered garments can extend it. Hat patches can take up to 3 weeks.
Cancellations & Refunds
Once printing has started, your order can't be cancelled, changed, or refunded. If you cancel before printing starts, a 35% restocking fee is withheld from your refund to cover setup and materials already ordered. Refunds are processed through Square on Square's standard timeline.
After Delivery
Please inspect your order within 3 business days of receiving it and report any misprints, damage, or count issues in writing (or in person) with photos. After that window, the order is considered accepted and we can't offer further adjustments.
